This comprehensive 8-hour course, developed by the National Safety Council (NSC), provides participants with essential lifesaving skills in First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use. The training prepares individuals to recognize and respond to a wide range of medical emergencies—whether in the workplace, field, or community setting—with confidence and competence.

Through a blend of classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and review of real-world scenarios, participants learn to assess emergencies, administer First Aid, perform CPR for adults, and properly operate an AED until professional medical help arrives.
