32-Hr. Lead Supervisor Initial - Mechanicsburg
Description
This course provides the initial EPA/HUD and state requirements for workers and supervisors of de-leading operations in target housing and child occupied facilities. It meets OSHA Lead Hygiene and Hazard Communication requirements. Additionally, training requirements are completed for compliance with the following OSHA Standards: Respiratory Protection (including fit testing), Fire Extinguisher Use, Fall Protection, and Personal Protective Equipment. NSC First Aid/CPR and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens are completed for supervisors.
Note: Respirator Fit Testing may be provided during this session for individuals who are medically cleared and clean-shaven in the area of the facepiece seal. You must bring your own respirator. Smoking, eating, and drinking is prohibited 30 minutes prior to the actual fit tests. If you would like to be fit tested in this class, please let the instructor know.
