32-Hour Lead Supervisor Initial - Client

Description

This course provides the initial EPA/HUD and state requirements for contractors and supervisors of de-leading operations in target housing and child occupied facilities. The course provides information on lead-based paint abatement and regulatory guidelines. The course focuses on essential abatement procedures including site preparation, contract planning, project management, abatement implementation and recordkeeping.

This course meets OSHA Lead Hygiene and Hazard Communication requirements. Additionally, training requirements are completed for compliance with the following OSHA Standards: Respiratory Protection (including fit testing), Fire Extinguisher Use, Fall Protection, and Personal Protective Equipment. NSC First Aid/CPR and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens are completed for supervisors.

Note: Respirator Fit Testing is not included during this course.
